Cancellation Policy
To cancel and reschedule a service, please give us 24 hours notice by email or phone. Less that 24 hour notice of a reschedule will result in a $20 fee. To cancel and not reschedule a service, please give us 72 hours notice by email or phone for a full refund. 72 to 24 hours will receive 50% cancelation fee. Less that 24 hours will receive 75% cancelation fee (or a $20 cancelation fee - whichever is higher)
